How to Start a Seasonal Journal
Writing has always fascinated me. But even for those who are not interested in literature or becoming an author, writing is a beneficial tool to deal with overwhelming emotions and high-stress levels.
Journaling has helped me to control my anxiety in those moments when I have too much on my mind. It has been a great opportunity for self-talk and a big help to put my thoughts in order and declutter my mind a bit.
I used to think that I didn’t have the time to do it. I was convinced that it was better to keep working, creating content and being productive instead of taking some minutes off for journaling. However, I then realized that I wouldn’t be productive or creative when my mind and thoughts were in such a messy state!
I started my journal at the beginning of winter, and I felt drawn to write about snow and changes in nature. That was when I decided to start a seasonal journal and write about myself and my relationship with nature. It has certainly deepened my bond with it.
I like to divide my journal into the four seasons and write down how I feel and how nature changes throughout the year. But you can also use these ideas for a single page in your journal.

Make a list of the activities you want to do in each season.
Research and write seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Describe your feelings in every season.
