Let's bring a touch of enchantment to your table!

Mini Apple Roses Pie (x4)

  • Puff pastry or homemade pie dough

  • 2 or 3 apples, sliced into half-moons and boiled

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • 1 tablespoon sugar or preferred fruit juice

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry or pie dough and cut into rectangles approximately 3 cm wide and 20 cm long.

  3. Mix the lemon juice and sugar (or fruit juice) and brush over the dough rectangles.

  4. Arrange about 8-10 boiled apple slices in a straight row above each dough rectangle, overlapping each slice.

  5. Fold the dough rectangle to cover the base of the apple line.

  6. Starting from one end, gently roll the dough to form a rose shape.

  7. Place the apple roses in a muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
