🌱 VEGAN CUSTARD RECIPE
2 cups plant milk with vanilla flavour (or plant milk + 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
½ cups cornstarch
⅓ cups sugar
Add all the ingredients into a pot and stir with a whisk until there are no more lumps.
Place the pot over medium heat, and continue stirring until the mixture thickens. (Approximately 5 minutes).
When you reach the desired consistency, turn off the heat. Keep in mind that the custard will continue to thicken even off the heat.
Continue stirring for another minute and allow to cool before using.
